Refund policy

Branded Aura – Refund & Return Policy

At Branded Aura, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. RETURN PERIOD

  • We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To start a return, please email us at brandedauras@gmail.com.


2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

  • You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.


3. RETURN PROCESS

  • Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

  • Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Returns should be sent to:

4. DAMAGES & WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at brandedauras@gmail.com if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged, or

  • You received the wrong product.
    We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.


5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Customized or special order items


6. EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange a product, the fastest way is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.


7. EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. You can cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, provided the item is unused, sealed, and in original condition.


8. REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at brandedauras@gmail.com.
