Orders placed within Dubai are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days depending on your location.

You’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened or used.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support within 24–48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

For customers in Dubai, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed.
